Well the End of the world came and went, How was it for you?
Had a good but very expensive time in the UK bought a small car to tow behind the motorhome, bit more than I wanted to pay but it does the job.
New Year in Torremolinos fun time had by all :)
Now back in Cabopino getting ready to take the trip over to Morocco cant wait, will update with more pictures when I get over.
Well would you credit it, another death in the family, poor old uncle died today, (rest in piece Alan) Therefore will be flying back to Manchester on Sunday 16th December funeral is on Monday then down to the IOW to help the olds move into there new house. Christmas eve over to friends for a few days before flying back to Spain for New Year. Still on course for Morocco about the 15th of January?
I guess this is what its all about, not to hot today about 65 degrees, but better than the UK.
Walk should have taken about 45 min's but got lost looking at all the stunning villas.

sail about 8pm now the strike is over and some fast cruising should be in
Santander by 6pm tomorrow night.
Took about 2 hours to load this dam thing but on-board now and
cabin sorted so time for a bite to eat and have a few glasses of red before the
night’s cabaret lol who you kidding some Muppet doing magic tricks with playing
cards that he keeps dropping, all we need now is a singing Duck named Orville
lol,
OMG I had to open my mouth that’s it I am off to bed I am Quackerd.
Well nothing is going right this year’s trip what with the job
front the house front the operation (still stings), the ferry strikes, Now some
pore blighter has fallen out of bed during a light swell during the night and
had to be taken into shore so we are now about 2hrs behind schedule.
Now in Santander with a broken down car on the ramp which has left half of us in the bowels of the ship stuck here. Gerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Finally off the ferry and trying to navigate out of the port the
new route mmmmm lots of motorhomes doing the same but turning back???Will
persevere a few mins longer, Ah! Found the new exit onto the motorway heading
for Burgos, but it’s now almost 9pm and pitch
black.
Burgos 11pm wont get on a campsite this late so decided to crack
on further down and fill up at a fuel station and spend the night
there.
Next day set off about 8am drove through Madrid down and through
Granada stopped for fuel at another station and parked up for the night. Cocked
a meal on the picnic tables had a few drinks and turned in.
Late start today about 10 am drove the final leg into Cabopino,
The mad Scotsman went into Toromolinos to see some friends.
Home at last!

Well its gone now so time to pick up move on with my new life. Money in the back most of it already tied up so I cant go mad and spend it,
As its taken such a long time to sell and we are in early October have decided to join a friend that goes down to Spain via the Santander route lot more expensive on the ferry crossing but means we will be back in Cabo land (Camping Cabopino) in 2 days. So ferry bocked for Tuesday.
Today its my birthday and where am I, in the waiting room having had my pre med waiting to have my operation, what sadistic git in the NHS picked this date, some birthday presant!
Few days on am still soar and going to be for a few weeks but hey ho getting closer to going to Spain, Closer but not that close yet the guy buing my house is still faffing about so I am going to spend some time on the IOW with the olds helping them move some stuff into there house( how come their move went quicker ?)

Well job's a good un, finished at Keswick today and driving back to Portsmouth, got a small operation to get done. (Shhhhhhh)
Decided to sell the house back in July and luckily a buyer put in an offer within 3 weeks not bad in this climate.
However the guys wife died in the middle of the transaction so all was put on hold for a month, or so I thought. I have never met him but would quiet easterly throttle him, he has change the contract 3 times adding names taking names off. will it ever sell.

Well its almost time to go back to Spain, and finally a job turns up !!!
Got a job at the camping and caravan site in Keswick in the Lake District.
Short contract just filling in for someone, six weeks, but that will take me to end of August and fingers crossed a job at the beginning of next year?
